Pharmacy Policy

*We do not work with or establish connections with external and/or online pharmacies other than our own. We will provide a printed/written prescription for you to have the medication for your pet filled at a pharmacy of your choosing. Please be aware it’s the policy of the external and/or online pharmacy that will have to be followed at that point.

Cancellation Policy

If your appointment is cancelled, at your request, with less than 24- or 48-hours’ notice before it is scheduled to take place, you will acquire a charge. This charge can range from prepayment for any future exam costs, diagnostic information, or procedure deposits, and is Non-Refundable. To avoid a cancellation charge, please provide cancellation notice at a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment or at a minimum of 48 hours prior to any anesthetic procedure or sedation. This also applies to appointments that are considered ‘No call – No show’.
